Regional League
(formerly called Novice Program)

The London Regional Artistic Swimming Club offers a Regional League program for synchro swimmers ages 8+ that wish to experience some competition, but are unable to commit to a full competitive training program. These swimmers may be selected from our Aqua-Go/Recreational program by the coaching team, and participate in try-out sessions before being accepted onto one of the Regional League teams.

This program provides an opportunity to swim and compete at a higher level than what is offered in most of the recreational programs, but does require an increased level of dedication and skill.

The Regional League teams may compete in 1-2 Ontario Artistic Swimming competitions in the 2nd half of the season including the Regional League Winter Meet (February) and Regional League Spring Meet (early May), which marks the end of the season. The competition(s) may be in town or require travel to an out-of-town facility depending on which club is hosting the meet. Regional League athletes also participate in Watershows in December and April each season.
