Regional League
More Team. More Challenge. More Performance.
Regional League is a supportive team program for swimmers ages 8–15 who want more time in the water, more routine development, and an introduction to competition, all without the full commitment of the competitive stream.
Swimmers build on their artistic swimming foundations through regular team practices, choreography, strength, flexibility, musical timing, and skill development. The additional practice time gives athletes more opportunities to repeat skills, grow in confidence, form closer friendships, and become comfortable performing as part of a team.
What does Regional League include?
-
4 hours of training per week
-
A full team routine developed throughout the season
-
Participation in the December and May club watershows
-
Two Ontario Artistic Swimming Regional League competitions
-
A fun, encouraging environment focused on confidence, teamwork, and continued skill development
"Is my swimmer ready?"
